1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment called Construction of a sports locker room in Czernichów, commune. Czernichw.2. The task is co-financed under the Sportowa Maopolska program - Maopolska program for the development of sports facilities, edition II.3. Item description orders: 1) sports locker room building, two-story, no basement, covered with a steep roof with an angle of 36°. The main entrance to the building is located on the south-eastern side; 2) the ground floor part of the building serves as cloakroom facilities consisting of from the entrance hall, conference room, laundry room, utility warehouse, equipment warehouse, document room, boiler room and public toilet. The public toilet is adapted for use by disabled people;3) part of the building the attic serves as the main locker room for players and referees.
