Tender Details

The subject of the order is the construction of a sports locker room building in modular container technology, based on a steel frame structure with technical infrastructure, and the construction of a picket fence between the existing pitch and the designed building. Dimensions external dimensions of the sports locker room building: 14.64 x 6.06 m. The Ordering Party requires the construction of brand new workshop (skeleton) modules that meet the parameters and construction solutions specified in the Description of the subject of the order and design documentation. Building The locker room will be equipped with: water supply, sewage, electricity and central heating installations. and domestic hot water and ventilation installation (supply and exhaust ventilation, mechanically supported). The external sections of the internal installation of the cloakroom building should be constructed in accordance with construction project. The ordering party requires at least 36 months of warranty and guarantee for the works performed, counting from the date of final acceptance of the subject of the contract. The warranty and warranty period constitutes the criterion for evaluating the offers in accordance with Chapter XVIII of the SWZ.
