Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the construction of a sports hall at the Communication School Complex, at ul. Monte Cassino 31 in Krakow.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ (bill of quantities, design documentation and technical specification of workmanship and reception work). 3. The Contractor is obliged to provide a minimum warranty of 36 months for the completed construction works, materials and devices. The warranty period for the completed construction works, materials and devices (to be assessed in criterion 2) should be indicated in the offer form, however, it must be given in months, and the extension of the warranty period must refer to 12-month periods (e.g. 36 months, 48 ​​months, 60 months - no longer than 96 months).4. If the manufacturer's name appears in the annexes to the SWZ, the products may be used replace with equivalent ones.
