4.1. Scope of work: Execution of the subject of the task in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order and the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works. 4.2 Documents listed in section 4.1, the specification of essential terms of the order and the Contractor's tender offer constitute an integral part of the contract and are stored in the Public Procurement Department and the Investment Department. 4.3 In addition, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order under the supervision of a person with appropriate authorizations construction, 2) securing the construction site and neighboring facilities, 3) protecting trees against damage as a result of the works being carried out, 4) ensuring constant supervision and control of the works being carried out, 5) ensuring ongoing surveying services along with an inventory surveying of the work performed, 6) organization of construction facilities, 7) reporting by the construction manager to the investor's representative for collection of works that are disappearing and to be covered, 8) construction insurance, 9) performance of necessary accompanying works and activities formal and legal procedures enabling the commissioning of completed facilities - including technical acceptance, as well as preparation of a complete...
