Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the construction of a Sports Center in Szczutów on a plot with registration number 96. As part of the task, two pitches will be constructed: - a tennis court with dimensions of 23.77x8.23 m (including the space around the playing field, pitch dimensions of approx. 33.77x14.23 m), surface pitches made of artificial grass or polypropylene, - beach volleyball pitch with dimensions of 16.00x8.00 m (dimensions of the free zone 22.00x14.00 m), pico-catches are planned to be constructed around the pitch. At the front of Dziaki (from Lipowa Street) a fence will be made of panels. Elements of the outdoor gym that conflict with the planned location of the sports fields have been moved (point no. 3 according to the development drawing). The planned task will be located in the vicinity of the existing sports complex, consisting of a football pitch with a track and straight, a universal playing field including: a handball court, two basketball courts and a volleyball court, long and high jumps, and a shot throw field. The plot has direct access to the public road plot no. 110. The contractor is obliged to perform as-built inventory. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the design documentation and the provisions of this ToR.
