1. The subject of the order is the construction of sports and recreational infrastructure in Pruchnik. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the scope of works was specified in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, i.e. technical documentation and the bill of quantities/offer cost estimate in Excel for VALUATION, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, which the Contractor should value and attach to the offer. The delivered and installed playground and pitch equipment should be safe for its users, have the necessary approvals and/or certificates, and should meet Polish regulations. and/or European standards. Safety certificates for individual elements of playground and pitch equipment (play equipment, sports equipment) and declarations of compliance with Polish Standards for accompanying devices (e.g. board with regulations, waste bin, awka) will be submitted only by the Contractor whose offer is selected as the most advantageous and a contract for the execution of the order is signed. 3. The contractor is responsible for carrying out the works in accordance with the technical documentation, observing the principles of knowledge technical, applicable standards, regulations, permits and technical conditions in this regard.
