Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Construction of Sport Complex in Akhaltsikhe
(Remaining Works)

The works intended to be constructed consists of works for
construction of the Sport Complex two-storied building including improvement of territory: fencing,
landscaping, lighting, parking; arrangement of engineering networks of the building: water supply
and sewerage, electricity, weak system, heating-cooling-ventilation, etc

A site visit conducted by the Employer shall be organized on 4 October 2022 at 12:00
hours (Tbilisi time). A Bidder wishing to visit the project site must coordinate its visit with the
Employer beforehand. The costs of visiting the Site shall be at the Bidder-s own expense.
7. A Pre-Bid meeting will take place on the following date, time and place:

Time: 15:00 hours (Tbilisi time)
Place: MDF Office, Room No. 202, 2nd Floor, 150, D. Agmashenebeli Ave., Tbilisi, 0112,
Georgia.
8. Bidding Documents in the English language are available for download from the Ge-GP
System from 15 September 2022 to 27 October 2022 free of charge.

Submit your bid:
• online through the Ge-GP system http://procurement.gov.ge/
• on or before the deadline: 27 October 2022 at 13:00 hours (Tbilisi time); and
• together with a Bid Securing Declaration as described in the Bidding Document.
Bidders shall indicate bid price in electronic field in the Ge-GP System, failing to do so,
will result in rejection of such bid.
Bids shall be opened electronically using the Ge-GP System on 27 October 2022, 1:00
hours (Tbilisi time).
