1) Barangay Rosario, Aloguinsan, Cebu through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Five Pesos and Fifty-Six Centavos ( Php 648, 505.56) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Spillway- Brgy Rosario, Aloguinsan, Cebu. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) Barangay Rosario, Aloguinsan, Cebu now invites bids for Construction of Spillway- Brgy Rosario, Aloguinsan, Cebu. Completion of the Works is required 45 days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
