Construction of Speed Boat Ramp
1) The MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN, through the BOT-FY 2025 LGSF-GEF intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Pesos and Ninety Centavos (Php. 599, 940.90) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for MSJ-2026-13. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN now invites bids for the construction of structural concrete (Apron) = 2.70 cu.m., with 11.00 ln.m. stone masonry bothside and reinforced concrete pavement = 44 sq.m.. Completion of the Works is required 32 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
