Construction of a spectrometer for the research and measurement station of an ultra-precise exhaust analyzer at the Świętokrzyskie Laboratory Campus of the Central Office of Measures in Kielce 1. The subject of the order is the production of a spectrometer, which is a sample analyzer in gas phase to the research and measurement station of an ultra-precise exhaust analyzer, hereinafter referred to as the "Device", training of the Ordering Party's employees and delivery of the constructed Device to the Świętokrzyskie Laboratory Campus of the Central Office Measures. 2. The description of the Subject of the Order, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", is included in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference (SWZ) and in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, hereinafter referred to as "PPU", constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 1. Subject of the order is to produce a spectrometer, which is an analyzer of samples in the gas phase for the research and measurement station of an ultra-precise exhaust analyzer, hereinafter referred to as the "Device", to train the Ordering Party's employees and to deliver the built Equipment for the Świętokrzyskie Laboratory Campus of the Central Office of Measures. 2. The description of the Subject of the Order, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, hereinafter referred to as "PPU", constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ. 3.
