Tender Details

The Special Education School Complex of the Municipality of Larissa, will house the 1st Special Primary School-Kindergarten and the Unified Special Vocational High School-Lyceum of Larissa.

The Complex will consist of 2 independent areas (Primary - Secondary Education), classrooms, Multiple Uses and ancillary spaces, according to the building program (Appendix I).

The configuration of the surrounding area is also foreseen.

The Complex will be erected on a plot of land belonging to the Municipality of Larissa (Γ2108), area 7331.26 m2, (Topographical Diagram of Appendix II ).

It will contribute tocovering the shortcomings of special education facilities and the best education of the students.

The object of the study is the preparation of the studies: 1.Architecture, 2.Special Architecture, 3.Statics, 4.Electromechanical, 5.Geotechnics, 6.Publications Auction, 7.SAU-FAU.

The individualstudies will concern all three Stages of the studies, i.e. Preliminary Study-Final Study-Implementation Study.

BUILDING A SPECIAL EDUCATION SCHOOL IN LARISA

The estimated value of the contract amounts to €1, 388, 598.86 (without VAT) and includes the estimated fees of the following itemsof study categories:

a. €534, 152.95 for category 6 ARCHITECTURE study,

b. €39, 720.43 for category 7 SPECIAL ARCHITECTURE study,

c. €263, 685.35 for category 8 STATIC study,

d. €246, 937.31 for category 9 H/M study,
