Description of the subject of the procedure and order: The investment covers the construction of a spa promenade in Zockie, stage I, consisting of: - dismantling small architectural objects, lamps and demolition of existing hardened surfaces, - moving and incorporating existing flower sculptures that interfere with the investment into the area, - removing existing trees that interfere with the investment, - construction of small architectural objects, - building a fence in the form of repeatable sections of variable length (stone wall fence with a pedestal), - construction of pedestrian, bicycle and pedestrian routes, - reconstruction and security of the telecommunications network, - reconstruction and security of the Tauron network, - construction of a broadband telecommunications network (CCTV), - construction area lighting network and infrastructure power supply, - construction and reconstruction of water supply connections, - construction of sanitary sewage connections, - planting of plants.3.1 Material scope: Material scope determined on the basis of: - design documentation approved by the decision of the Staroste of Nowosdecki, reference number: BUD.6740.1411.2025 of August 22, 2025 - notification of October 31, 2024 regarding...
