Construction of two new fully-developed, tested, equipped, and operational (complete in place) desalter-supply brackish water wells including but not limited to the following work items for each well: drilling, downhole geophysical logs, isolated aquifer zone testing, caliper logs, installation of well casing, screen tubing, gravel pack annular seals, well development, final pumping tests and flow meter survey, well disinfection, and capping (Drilling Scope of Work); construction of a well pump foundation, equipping a well pumping facility with an electric driven pumping unit, variable frequency drive, coordination with and installation of SCE electrical service (service section, transformer, switchgear, conduit and etc. per the approve SCE Plan of Service), well switchgear, masonry block building structure, site piping and other site improvements including extend blow off pond.
