Description : 1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GUINOBATAN, ALBAY invites eligible contractors to submit their bid for the CONSTRUCTION OF SOLAR WATERSYSTEM AT BARANGAY MORERA, GUINOBATAN, ALBAY:
a. Location: Morera, Guinobatan, Albay
b. Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Seven and 96/100 Pesos (Php. 4, 999, 987.96)
c. Source of Fund: 20% EDF CY. 2026
2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
3. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GUINOBATAN, ALBAY, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 150 calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
