1) The Local Government Unit of San Miguel, Leyte, through the Local Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Three Pesos and 33/100 Only (P 2, 999, 993.33) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Solar Street Light, San Miguel, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of San Miguel, Leyte now invites bids for Construction of Solar Street Light, San Miguel, Leyte.. Completion of the Works is required 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ¬¬¬______ from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
