1.The Local Government Unit of Barangay Villaros intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 330, 000.00) being the approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION 0F SOLAR POWERED WATER SYSTEM - PUROK 4. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Barangay LGU of Villaros, Bagabag, N.V., now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION 0F SOLAR POWERED WATER SYSTEM - PUROK 4 of Villaros, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya. Delivery of the Goods is required by fifteen (15) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within thirty days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
