Description : 1. The Municipality of Jomalig, Quezon through the Annual Budget CY 2026, intends to apply
the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 300, 000.00) only being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Construction of SolarPowered Repeater Station” with project identification number APP No. DRR002. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU JOMALIG, QUEZON - now invites bids for above-mentioned project,
“Construction of Solar-Powered Repeater Station situated at Jomalig, Quezon.
Completion of the Works requires 40 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a
contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the
Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using nondiscretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and
Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the "Government
Procurement Reform Act."
