The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION REGION IV-A (CALABARZON), through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of SEVENTY FIVE MILLION THREE HUNDRED THIRTY NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIVE AND 84/100 (₱75, 339, 805.84) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF SOLAR POWERED PUMPS AND OTHER IRRIGATION FACILITIES FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS OF LAGUNA-RIZAL IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT OFFICE located in the Province of Laguna and Rizal with Project Identification No. 4ARO-EPIP-26-007. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION REGION IV-A (CALABARZON) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days including pre-determined non-workable days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
