1. The NIA-QUEZON IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT OFFICE through the GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FIFTEEN MILLION SIX HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FOURTEEN PESOS & 59/100 (P 15, 602, 114.59) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Solar Powered Pump Irrigation Project of White Cliff SPIP located in San Narciso, Quezon with Project Identification No. 4AQ-CRP-26-014. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NIA-QUEZON IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT OFFICE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 210 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
