The National Irrigation Administration-Pampanga Bataan Irrigation Management Office, through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Seven Million Five Hundred Two Thousand Four Hundred Seven Pesos and Eighty-Seven Centavos Only (₱27, 502, 407.87) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Solar-Powered Pump Irrigation Project with IB No. NIAR3-PAMBAT IMO-2026-UPPER SAN VICENTE IP-16. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The National Irrigation Administration-Pampanga Bataan Irrigation Management Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
