1)The Municipal Government of Adams, through the RA 7171 CY - 2021 SHARE and pursuant to Municipal Appropriation Ordinance No. 05-2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos and 32/100 Only (Php 999, 855.32) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF SOLAR DRYER - Cawcawat Area, Sitio Cadisan, Adams, Ilocos Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Municipal Government of Adams now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF SOLAR DRYER - Cawcawat Area, Sitio Cadisan, Adams, Ilocos Norte.[A brief description of the scope of Works should be provided, including quantities, location of project, and other information necessary to enable potential bidders to decide whether or not to respond to the invitation.] Completion of the Works is required 30 CALENDAR DAYS reckoned 10 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
