1. The Municipal Government of Solana, through 20% Development Fund 2026, intends to apply the sum of seven million pesos & 00/100 (P7, 000, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Construction of Solana Sanitary Landfill (3rd) Cell-Sampaguita, Solana, Cagayan under ib # 2026-06. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Solana now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 150 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
