1. The subject of the order is the construction of a social infrastructure facility in the Lipnica commune. The scope of work includes the construction of a social infrastructure facility for training and supported housing along with the necessary development of the surroundings and furnishing the building, including an apartment. The works will include the construction of 5 assisted living apartments and 1 training apartment. The works include landscaping the area by hardening entrances, exits and sidewalks. Planting greenery, installing outdoor equipment, benches and baskets city.The building's infrastructure will be equipped with, among others: with a heat pump and photovoltaic panels. The facility will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities, solutions ensuring access for people with disabilities and the elderly.
