1. The Local Government Unit of Arteche, Eastern Samar, through the 20% Economic Development Fund for 2026, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Fifty-five Thousand Two Hundred Fifteen Pesos and Eighty-two centavos (Php2, 555, 215.82), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Sobremonte Street Extension, Brgy. Rawis, Arteche, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
2. The Local government Unit of Arteche, Eastern Samar now invites bids for the Above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Sixty (60) calendars days.
