1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive execution of construction and assembly works and supplies related to the construction and equipment of the toddler club as part of the task entitled: Construction of small playground architecture facilities for the investment: Reconstruction of part of the ground floor of the School building Primary School in Radostów Drugi in order to implement the task entitled Creation of 20 new care places as part of the Active Toddler 2022-2029 program at the Bajkolandia Children's Club in Czastary, Radostw Pół 53. 2. As part of the implementation of the task, the Contractor is obliged to is for delivery and assembly of the following elements: a) Standing cymbals 1 pc. b) Rocker on a spring 1 pc. c) Mini town 1 pc. d) Play set 1 pc. e) Sandbox with cover 1 pc. f) Slide 1 pc. g) Park bench 2 pcs. h) Waste bin 1 pc. i) Regulations playground 1 piece (note, the element is not mentioned in the technical documentation and bill of quantities).3.
