1) The Municipality of Baggao, through the 1-07-03-010 (20% DF-SB #02 -2025) intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Slope Protection at Zone 2, Adaoag, Baggao, Cagayan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Baggao now invites bids for the Construction of Slope Protection at Zone 2, Adaoag, Baggao, Cagayan. Completion of the Works is required 50 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
