1. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, through the Continuing Appropriation CY 2024, Non Office: Economic Services Sector - Infrastructure Programs and Projects - Construction of Slope Protection Structure intends to apply the sum of Ten Million and 00/100 (PhP10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Slope Protection Structure along Calaanan Relocation Site to Pamalihi Road; SN 24a - 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
