BARANGAY 19, SARRAT, ILOCOS NORTE
1. The Municipality of Sarrat, Ilocos Norte, through Calamity Fund (MR#2024-12-75) to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Six Pesos and 65/100 (Php 2, 945, 556.65). Being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Slope Protection at Sitio 2 at Brgy. 19 Sto. Tomas, Sarrat, Ilocos Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Sarrat, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for Construction of Slope Protection at Sitio 2 at Brgy. 19 Sto. Tomas, Sarrat, Ilocos Norte. Completion of the Work is seventy-six (76) Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a SLCC similar to the Contract to be bid. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
