1) The LGU - PASUQUIN, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 499, 990.31 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for MGPIN 2026-06-144 - CONSTRUCTION OF SLOPE PROTECTION (SALVADOR SECTION), BRGY. PANGIL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU - PASUQUIN now invites bids for MGPIN-2026-06-144-CONSTRUCTION OF SLOPE PROTECTION (SALVADOR SECTION), BRGY. PANGIL located at BARANGAY #15 PANGIL, PASUQUIN, ILOCOS NORTE. Completion of the Works is required seven (7) calendar days Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
