The Local Government Unit of Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya, through the A.O.#2026-01 (GF), intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (P 5, 000, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF SLOPE PROTECTION RIPRAP WITH DRAINAGE SYSTEM at Multi-Purpose Evacuation Center, Aritao Growth Center, Banganan, Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya, with Project Identification Number INFRA-2026-04-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
