1)The Municipal Government of Catmon, Cebu, through TRUST FUND - Financial Assistance intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY PESOS AND 13/100 (₱998, 630.13) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for THE CONSTRUCTION OF SLOPE PROTECTION (PHASE 2) AT SITIO TINIBGAN, PANALIPAN, CATMON, CEBU. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
