1. The Local Government Unit of San Julian, through the Continuing Appropriation & LDRRM Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Five Thousand Seven Hundred Fifteen Pesos & 95/100 Centavos Only (Php 2, 405, 715.95) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Slope Protection at Landslide Prone Areas @ Brgy. Putong, San Julian, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of San Julian now invites bids for Construction of Slope Protection at Landslide Prone Areas @ Brgy. Putong, San Julian, Eastern Samar. Completion of the Works is required within Fifty (50) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
