1. The Local Government Unit of Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya, through the 2025 MDRRM-STF intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 500, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF SLOPE PROTECTION AT HIGH RISK AREAS (FLOOD CONTROL) at Marang River, Sitio Centro, Canabuan, Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya, with Project Identification Number INFRA-2026-07-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
