1. The Local Government Unit of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, through the 5% Calamity Fund intends to apply the sum One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand, Three Hundred Thirty-Nine Pesos & 25/100 (Php1, 999, 339.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Slope Protection at Brgy. Pug-os, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur with Contract No. 2026-05-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 37 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
