Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SLOPE PROTECTION AT BRGY. NEW MAGSAYSAY
ITB. No. 2026-19
1) The Municipal Government of Benito Soliven, Isabela through the Unexpended Balance from Previous Year- FY2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Fourteen Thousand Seventy Pesos & 96/100 (Ph 514, 070.95) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Slope Protection at Brgy. New Magsaysay. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Benito Soliven, Isabela now invites bids for Construction of Slope Protection at Brgy. New Magsaysay. Completion of the Works is required thirty (30) calendar days.
Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
