INFRA - C - 020. Construction of Slope Protection at Brgy. Luya, San Luis, Batangas
1) The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the 70% Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos Only (₱5, 000, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Construction of Slope Protection at Brgy. Luya, San Luis, Batangas
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Notice of Award (NOA) will only be issued to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB) when the fund is downloaded to the Provincial Government of Batangas.
2) The Provincial Government of Batangas now invites bids for the above infrastructure project. Completion of the Works required is One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
