1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF MAKATO, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND- CONTINUING APPROPRIATION intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS (Php 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF SLOPE PROTECTION IN BRGY. LIBANG. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
