CONSTRUCTION OF SLOPE PROTECTION AT BRGY. BILUCAO MALVAR, BATANGAS
1. The Municipality of Malvar through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 006-12 Series of 2025 dated December 22, 2025 as Annual Budget for CY 2026 of Municipality of Malvar- 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (P 3, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF SLOPE PROTECTION AT BRGY. BILUCAO MALVAR, BATANGAS with Solicitation Number I-042026-010533. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Malvar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required within 120 Calendar days.
