1) The Local Government Unit of Mulanay, Quezon through the Office of the Municipal Mayor-IDS/20% MDF/APP 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand, Two Hundred Fifty Four Pesos and Fifty Four Cents (Php 997, 254.54) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Slope Protection at Barangay Hall of Barangay Cambuga/2026-06-019-Infra. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Mulanay, Quezon now invites bids for the abovementioned procurement, located at Barangay Cambuga, Mulanay, Quezon Completion of the Works is required within Twenty (23) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
