1. The Local Government of Santander, Cebu, intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P 16, 700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Slope Protection at Barangay Cabutongan, Santander, Cebu Phase 2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Santander, Cebu now invites bids for the Construction of Slope Protection at Barangay Cabutongan, Santander, Cebu Phase 2. Completion of the Works required is Two Hundred Ten (210) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
