1. The Municipal Government of Solana, through LDRRMF Special Trust Fund, intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand, Eight Hundred Fifty-Nine Pesos & 40/100(₱ 628, 859.40), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Construction of Slope Protection and Concretion of Road Shoulder -Padul, Solana, Cagayan under ib # 2026-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Solana now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 45 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
