1) The Municipal Government of Catmon, Cebu, through TRUST FUND - Financial Assistance intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-ONE PESOS AND 56/100 (₱698, 171.56) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for THE CONSTRUCTION OF SLOPE PROTECTION (ALONG ACCESS ROAD GOING TO SITIO ILUM) AT PANALIPAN, CATMON, CEBU. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
