1) The Municipal Government of Pagbilao, through the 20% Municipal Development Fund, CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Forty Seven Thousand, Four Hundred Twenty Five Pesos and 05/100 ( PhP 947, 425.05 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Slope Protection, Sitio Anos, Brgy. Binahaan, Pagbilao, Quezon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Pagbilao now invites bids for Construction of Slope Protection. Completion of the Works is required 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 90 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
