Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SLOPE PROTECTION - REFARO
The Municipality of San Juan through the RA7171 - 2023 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY THREE PESOS & 57/100 (Php.1, 999, 793.57) only being the ABC to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF SLOPE PROTECTION - REFARO / 00026-0000046. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipality of San Juan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
