All particulars relative to the procurement process and contract implementation shall be governed by the pertinent provision of R.A 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations.



Quotation Forms are now available at the BAC-Secretariat and upon payment of a non-refundable amount OF Five Hundred (Php 500.00) pesos per project to the Tabuk Treasurer-s Office. Price Quotation is valid for 30 CD after bid opening.



Submit your Quotation Forms together with the detailed cost estimate in a sealed envelope per project to the BAC Chairman/Secretariat on or before September 21, 2016, Wednesday, 9:00 AM at the BAC Conference Room, City Engineer-s Office, Tabuk City Hall, Dagupan Centro, Tabuk City.



The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) reserves the right to the reject any/or all quotation or part thereof, or to waive formality therein and/or to accept the quotation as may be considered most advantageous to the Local Government Unit of Tabuk.
