1)The Municipal Government of Adams, through the RA 7171 CY-2021 SHARE and pursuant to Municipal Appropriation Ordinance No. 05-2025 and Municipal Resolution No. 22-2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Seventeen Pesos & 63/100 Only (Php 998, 417.63) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF SLAB BRIDGE - SITIO MALAGGAO, NAGASANGAN (NEAR MR. BIGOT LIGAOEN-S RESIDENCE) ADAMS, ILOCOS NORTE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
