INVITATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN E-LIBRARY OF BARANGAY POBLACION, TUBOD, LANAO DEL NORTE.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The Sannguniang Kabataan of Poblacion Tubod, Lanao del Norte invites bids for the Construction of Sangguniang Kabataan E-Library using the Sangguniang Kabataan Fund with an ABC of TWO MILLION TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 2, 010, 000.00);
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
3.
