1. The City Government of Borongan, through the 20% City Development Fund CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Nine Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Two Hundred Seventy One Pesos and Fifty Six Centavos only (Php7, 996, 271.56) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Sitio Kalindongan Access Road at Brgy. Amantacop, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Borongan now invites bids for construction of access road to kalindongan spring (L=182.50m x 8.10m), 1-unit single barrel RCBC (3.0m x 3.0m), 2 units of 900mmØ RCPC.
