The Barangay Local Government Unit of Brgy. 03 Poblacion, Jipapad, Eastern Samar through its 2026 20% NTA of the barangay (General Fund) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Fifteen Thousand Fifty-Eight Pesos and Forty-Seven Centavos (Php 515, 058.47) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) as payment under the contract for the Construction of Sitio Dapdap Pathwalk Going to ECCD Building.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 91840, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
