Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall have:1. The Minimum number of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (Five) Years.2. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk-100.000 Lakh in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years.3. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk-120.000 Lakh over the last 05 (five)(120*5=600 lakh) Years, (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).4. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK -50.000 lakh. acceptable in the form of e-PW2A-8 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID.5. Income tax clearance certificate upto date & VAT registration certificate (13 Digit). & Tenderer must have valid Trade License Up to DateSatisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS.6.Contractors who have not yet completed the work of code 7016-TMED and have left the work without any reason are asked to desist from participating in the tender.
